What can I do with Pacdora’s Editor SDK?

With the Pacdora Print Editor SDK, you can add real-time product customization, 3D previews, instant pricing, and production-ready file export directly to your print website — all without building from scratch.

Which types of products are supported?

Pacdora supports a wide range of customizable print products including packaging, gifts, stationery, labels, and more.

If your specific product isn’t included in our 2000+ mockup library, you can request a custom 3D model to support your business needs.

Do I need to know how to code to use Pacdora?

If your store is built on Shopify, we offer a quick and code-free integration.  For other ecommerce platforms or custom-built websites, your team will need basic development capabilities to implement our SDK or API.

How long does it take to integrate Pacdora?

If your web-to-print store is built on Shopify, we offer a fast integration service — setup can be completed in as little as 1 day, with some basic configuration required.

For other ecommerce platforms (like Magento or WooCommerce) or custom-built websites, integration typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your development team’s resources and experience with APIs or SDKs.

Can my customers design in 3D on mobile devices?

Currently, Pacdora does not support editing on mobile devices.  However, customers can view live 3D previews on mobile.

Based on our experience, the design interaction and output quality on mobile devices tend to be limited, and we recommend using desktop for the best user experience.

Does Pacdora generate production-ready files?

Yes — all files exported from Pacdora are print-ready.

We support dieline outlines, bleed areas, and CMYK color profiles to meet professional print production standards.

Which ecommerce platforms do you support?

We currently support Shopify with a quick integration setup.  Support for Magento, WordPress, and other ecommerce platforms is in our roadmap and will be rolled out progressively.

Can I try it without integrating it first?

Absolutely.  You can use our Playground to configure and test your own editor, or explore our Demo Shop to see how Pacdora looks fully integrated on a live site.

What is the difference between SDK and API?

The Pacdora Editor SDK includes pre-built components that you can embed into your website quickly — ideal for faster launches.

The Open API offers full control and flexibility to integrate Pacdora’s capabilities into your own backend or custom platform. It requires some development experience but provides maximum flexibility.

Do you offer onboarding or setup assistance?

Yes. We provide initial training, setup documentation, and technical support to help you successfully integrate Pacdora into your web-to-print workflow.  Our team will assist you during and after implementation as needed.
